Job description
We are looking for a QA Manager to oversee the entire QA department, leading a team of QA Leads and testers across multiple franchises, and reporting to the Director of Product Development. As QA Manger you will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver high quality entertainment products on multiple platforms through rigorous testing, strategic planning and close cooperation with other departments.

Job requirements
Ensure our range of games are of a market-leading quality across multiple platforms and that the QA department adds significant value to our game development process
Drive continuous improvement within the QA department, adopting best practices and cutting-edge tools
Lead, mentor and manage the QA team, from QA Leads to Testers
Foster thorough documentation and knowledge sharing across the QA team
Maintain and enforce comprehensive QA processes and workflows
Oversee the creation of detailed work-backs, test plans and reports
Work closely with the Localisation Manager and the extended Localisation team to promote projects alignment
Liaise with stakeholders to assess their testing requirements to ensure everyone has the necessary resources to achieve high-quality results
Provide regular updates about QA progress, challenges, and risks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases by maintaining clear communication and strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with senior leadership to align QA objectives with company goals and provide metrics to give accurate indicators of quality
Forecast QA resource needs and manage internal and external team scaling according to project requirements
Manage budget for the QA department, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
Evaluate new systems to improve team productivity and provide recommendations where effective software is identified
Collaborate with external QA vendors to secure outsource support for DTG project delivery where required
What we look for in you.
Proven QA management experience, ideally leading diverse teams of ten or more
Substantial experience in a Senior QA or QA Manager position
Experience of console testing
Innovative approach to problem solving and proactiveness in addressing issues
Experience in attracting, selecting and developing staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments
Passion for video games
Strong knowledge of Agile processes and tools such as JIRA
Accountability
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Beneficial, but not essential requirements:
Familiarity with Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Epic Store and Microsoft Game Store and Meta Platforms
Experience selecting and managing localisation vendors and contractors
Knowledge of the MS Office suite
