A daily company-wide meeting-free zone ensures everyone is able to take screen-free time. It helps us not get tied up in meetings, and lets people get some fresh air, do some life admin, or get their head down. It is still important to make sure teams are still connecting, so our quarterly in-person company meetings, on- and off-site, allow everyone to catch-up, collaborate, and build camaraderie.
