Job description
We’re looking for a creative, organised and motivated Brand Manager to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager and working alongside another Brand Manager, you'll help shape and deliver impactful campaigns that connect our games with players around the world — with a focus on younger audiences and the U.S. market.
This role is open to UK-based candidates who prefer to work remotely, although ideally the successful candidate would be open to spending 2-3 days a week at our riverside HQ in Chatham, Kent and be available for key in-person meetings and events.

Job requirements
Develop and support Go To Market (GTM) and launch campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels – including PR, Media, and Influencers
Manage campaign timelines, creative briefings, and asset delivery, working with internal teams and external agencies
Track and report on campaign performance using clear KPIs and insights, helping to inform future decisions.
Contribute to marketing strategies that engage younger players and expand our reach in the U.S.
Collaborate with teams across the business, including Creative, CRM, Community, Digital, and more
Manage external stakeholders, including IP-holders and agencies
Stay up to date on trends across gaming, youth marketing, and entertainment to inform ideas and activations
Help build an inclusive and engaging brand presence that reflects the diverse audience we serve
What we look for in you
Previous experience in a brand, product or marketing role — ideally in games, entertainment or youth-focused products.
A passion for engaging young audiences and an understanding of what resonates with players, particularly in the U.S..
Strong communication and organisational skills — able to manage multiple projects and keep things on track.
Confidence using data to measure performance and shape strategy.
A proactive, collaborative approach and a desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine interest in games, storytelling and audience engagement.
Experience managing Influencer campaigns and Digital Marketing campaigns is a plus.
Bonus: Additional languages (e.g. French or German) and/or experience with global marketing campaigns and/or managing relationships with high-profile IP.
