Job description
We are currently looking for an Assistant Art Producer to assist the Art Producers in producing realistic worlds across our franchises. You will be responsible for working to support the art schedule, managing any blockers, getting progress reports and making sure our environments, assets and characters are in line with our standards and requirements.

Job requirements
Main Responsibilities
Working closely with Art Leads and development to manage and make sure the art schedule runs to time with a targeted road map.
Identify and communicate project risks and chase any blockers or unforeseen issues.
Continuously working to improve our processes, so that we can deliver effectively and thoroughly through all stages of the production lifecycle.
Improve the team's development effectiveness and quality of life.
Track and report on team issues with regular check in’s.
Assist with the creation and documentation of Art Pipelines
Person Specifications
2/3 years experience working in an organisational capacity in the video games industry or any similar creative industry
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Knowledge of project management / Agile methodologies and how best to apply them
Comfortable with project management and tracking software (Jira, Flow)
A good understanding of game art requirements and game creation processes
