This is a leadership role for someone who combines exceptional artistic judgment with the ability to inspire people, influence strategy, and build a culture of creative excellence. You will be a key voice within the studio, helping shape not only what our games look like, but how they evolve in the future.

Job requirements
Define and champion a compelling artistic vision across all projects and products
Establish clear visual quality standards that inspire teams and elevate player experiences
Drive artistic innovation while maintaining authenticity, consistency and commercial success
Ensure creative direction aligns with product strategy and long-term studio goals
Build, mentor and inspire high-performing art teams across multiple disciplines
Create an inclusive culture where artists feel empowered, supported and challenged to grow
Develop future leaders through coaching, feedback and career development
Foster collaboration, trust and accountability across both internal teams and external partners
Raise the bar for visual quality across every aspect of production
Lead regular reviews that provide clear, constructive and inspiring feedback
Guide teams through artistic challenges, helping translate ambitious ideas into exceptional player-facing experiences
Champion best practices, workflows and continuous improvement across the art function
Act as a senior creative voice within the studio leadership team
Partner with Product, Design and Engineering leaders to shape future opportunities and innovation
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, technologies and emerging artistic techniques
Drive adoption of new tools and workflows that improve quality, efficiency and creative potential

What we look for in you:
Extensive experience leading art teams within games or interactive entertainment.
Proven success defining and delivering artistic vision across complex projects.
Outstanding leadership skills with a passion for developing people and building creative cultures.
Strong understanding of contemporary art pipelines, Unreal Engine, and modern content creation workflows.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of inspiring teams at every level.
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on understanding of game development.
A growth mindset and relentless drive to push creative boundaries.
